Brand Ambassador Terms and Conditions

 

BRAND AMBASSADOR AGREEMENT

This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participating in the Teendero Brand Ambassador Program. The terms “Brand Ambassador,” “you,” and “your” are referring to you, the applicant. “We”, “our”, “us” refer to Teendero.

AGREEMENT DURATION

This agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your ambassador application and will end when terminated by either party in writing. 

Becoming an ambassador, does not establish any legal or financial relationship with Teendero. We reserve the right to terminate an ambassador’s position at any time, with or without reason, by giving the other party a notice of termination.

PERSONAL CODE USAGE

As an ambassador we provide a personalized code for you to share and have your referrals use with their purchase. This code is not to be shared on public coupon/discount websites such as retailmenot.com, couponsock.com and others like it.

We are looking for people who understand the importance of living an eco-conscious lifestyle. By becoming a Teendero Brand Ambassador, you will be representing a company that creates products that solve daily struggles on typical family households, newly invented products, and gadgets that perfectly suit Filipino lifestyle!

    By signing up and submitting our e-contract, you are confirming that you are 18 years of age or have received consent from a parent or legal guardian to do so prior to submission.

    COMPENSATION

    As an Ambassador, you will have a 10% net commission on all sales generated using your unique referral code. Every delivered/paid orders can be withdrawn anytime with no minimum amount. Commissions will not be paid on returned items/cancelled orders.

    We payout thru GCash, PayMaya, Palawan Express and Bank Transfer.

    (Note: Transfer fees should be deducted from the total payout, if there's any.)

    Tier 1: Post Sign-Up (after the approval):

    • A one-time use 30% off coupon code to use at teendero.com, for you to try out any of our products yourself (no maximum item or amount).
    • A 10% off coupon code to share with your friends and followers - to be used at teendero.com (no minimum amount required).
    • 10% commission for every confirmed sales referred using your Ambassador’s code or link.
    • Ambassador profile on our website.

          YOU CAN ALSO (OPTIONAL):

          1. Help promote our social networks (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc.).
          2. Post on social media promoting Teendero's products (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc.).
          3. Submit a photo of yourself using any of Teendero's product. We will publish this on the Brand Ambassador page on our website.
          4. Help drive sales to teendero.com (our store website) through the use of social media, word of mouth and any other reasonable means.

          SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT

          As a Brand Ambassador, we expect you to represent our brand in good taste. We encourage you to be unique and creative when posting and sharing.

          RESTRICTIONS ON CREATING OR SHARING CONTENT ASSOCIATED WITH TEENDERO:

          •        X-rated and promote sexually explicit materials
          •        Promoting violence and/or drug use
          •        Promoting discrimination based on race, sex, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or age
          •        Promoting illegal or questionable activities
          •        Violating intellectual property rights

          *Not following any of the above terms will lead to code deactivation and removal from the Teendero ambassador program, and could result to being banned from the program.

          This Privacy Policy of Teendero about the Affiliate Marketing system describes how we may collect and use personal data and the rights granted to merchants, affiliates, and customers regarding their respective data.

          By joining the Affiliate program, you signify your approval of the terms set out in this Privacy Policy, and other terms and conditions. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you must not use the affiliate marketing system.

          We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our privacy practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. By continuing to our affiliate program after these changes are posted, you agree to the revised policy.


          Personal Information Controller

          Any personal information provided to or gathered by Secomapp under this Privacy Notice will be stored and controlled by Secomapp (the data controller).


          Information collected from Merchants

          When a merchant uses the app, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account such as email, first name, last name, shop information (shop domain, shop currency, shop address …). We collect this information to provide you with our Services; for example, to confirm your identity, contact you, provide customer support when you contact us, provide you with advertising and marketing activities.


          Information collected from Affiliates

          When an Affiliate signs up to join a program, we collect some information to inform merchants such as email, personal information, payment details, and social network information,...The information would help the merchant evaluate affiliate background and potential, along with process-specific activities within the app, and contact the affiliate if needed.


          Information collected from Customers when visiting a merchant website

          In order to track referral order, when customers visit the merchant website and make a purchase, the Secomapp system will collect information of order such as total order, order items, order ID,...

          Use of Secomapp app by Children

          Secomapp is not intended for children. If you are under 13, you may use the affiliate marketing system only with the supervision of your parent or guardian.


          Your Rights

          Secomapp understands that you have rights over your personal information, and takes reasonable steps to allow you to access, correct, amend, delete, port, or limit the use of your personal information. If you are using the system and wish to exercise these rights, please contact us through support@teendero.com. We may require that you provide us with acceptable verification of your identity before providing access to such information.

          If you are an affiliate and wish to exercise these rights, please contact the merchant you interacted with directly — we serve as a processor on their behalf, and can only forward your request to them to allow them to respond.
